My teaching work (corporate, studio, event) is on an invoice basis. Basic terms mean; late cancellations incur a fee, within 24-hours full payment will be due, within 7 days 50% will be due. Invoice payments are expected within 28 days. For full T&Cs just ask.

Massage session cancellations:

Day before - no refund

5 days before - 50% refund

6 days or more - full refund

As a small business, costs are incurred by me for bookings, so payment in advance is often required. In cases of no refund (day before cancellation), sessions can be re-booked for any date within 3 months of the original booking date.
