About ꩜
My keywords guide me through life, through exploration of things that I need, how I socialise, how I move. Space, flow, balance, connection. We all need those, in all aspects of our existence.
I’m here to guide you, to help you find yourself, through movement or knowledge, at work or at home, with physical practice or listening, but always for the benefit of yourself.
Dive into my teaching, a massage therapy, private or workplace sessions (scroll down for more info, or enquire), or The Chi Flow Way 6-week mentoring. I teach yoga through a lens of embodied flow and Qigong principles, using anatomy understanding with a sprinkling of philosophy, so it’s not all about asana… People get much more from my sessions.
My aim is to provide supported and fun spaces for people to encourage exploration into their own life.
I guide physically and emotionally beneficial sessions, understanding responses and reactions, allowing people to be themselves intuitively using their own needs as guidance.
As a Trauma Informed practitioner I hold spaces using the principles of The Circle Way. In my career outside of yoga I worked in project management and business development with youth inclusion programmes, elderly support groups, charities tackling homelessness, mentoring programmes, education and culture, and in “big business”.
Everyone deserves the opportunity and support to discover their own toolbox to navigate this giant universe, and to look after their well-being.
Work with me. Find your Flow.
Whether you want to focus on specific areas of your own body or specific areas of yoga, one-to-one sessions can be a great way to get the teacher all to yourself, overcome any nerves about group work, and focus solely on your own learning.
Classes can be done in person, or via online video calls. Your investment is 950DKK per hour, and I recommend block booking a few sessions, for a reduced rate and so some depth of knowledge can be achieved, where we can put your new knowledge into practice.
Bring mental and physical flexibility and fitness to your workplace. Focusing on employee well-being with small group classes structured to meet the needs of your team, fitting to the timetable you want to get through - online or in-person. I've worked with Pandora, SiteImprove, Mærsk A/S, OneSubsea, Leeds BID, Leeds University, AXA Group, Pure Gym, and Intermarketing Agency (UK) amongst others.
Investment is 1300kr per hour, longer projects negotiated, and we talk about your ideas (or one-off event) and how best to deliver for your people!
About me…
I'm a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT500 and YACEP teacher trainer, having gathered over 3,000 teaching hours with private students and in studios (scroll down for full education). I now run my own retreats, advanced trainings for teachers, and teach modules on sequencing, anatomy, and philosophy on studio-based 200-hour trainings in Copenhagen.

As well as studio work, I’ve taught at large events, run yoga and mindfulness sessions in businesses, delivered specialised small group classes, and supported many individuals through improvement of their asana practice and injury rehabilitation.
All these experiences will come into my sessions with you - creative, calming, yet challenging, and always (and most importantly) help you find the perfect continued balance of your energies, your mind, and your body.
If you choose to take private sessions we can focus on philosophy and personal development work, practicing specific asana techniques, or for your office focus on mindfulness and chair-yoga at lunchtime for your team. Yoga is a multi-dimensional practice that’s so much more far-reaching that people imagine…
~~~~~
My love of movement comes from my father - who was born in the Indus Valley area known as the home of yoga. He always insisted that I move, spend time outdoors, and never take chemical medication unless I absolutely had to. After spending my childhood doing his ‘exercises’ nearly every day, and attending dance school, I did my first yoga class at a gym in Liverpool 20 years ago after dislocating my spine in an accident. I came away with an unexplainable invigorated feeling - my energy moved, more than it had in martial arts and dance. Fast forward a few years and I eventually became more interested in the depths of yoga beyond physical fitness - the psychological benefits of embodiment, neurology, and Qigong (energy movement). I started to explore different styles of yoga, as well as learning about yoga as the lifestyle my father had always directed; its rich history, its philosophy, its importance in self discovery and emotional health.
I’m an absolute anatomy geek - I have an obsession of researching every physical scenario I encounter, and marrying that with philosophical teachings to find correlations. My knowledge on the body is continuously and enthusiastically developed, as is my love of history through Tantric philosophy and practice. I love the nervous system, fascia, how our muscles and bones function and are structured, how this all works in different situations and different bodies; trauma release, work-based tension, postural conditioning, hyper-mobility, and more.
The practices I use are simply our tools to explore our existence in the bigger context of life; functionality, playfulness, strength, intuition, rest, and more. Working with cycles in this way makes sure that we use Yin and Yang energy, creating balance rather than forcing or being too stagnant, as well as keeping the brain steadily stimulated rather than stressed - and I always encourage using intuition…
“Well-planned, intelligently sequenced, and encouraging practices... I appreciate the authenticity and positive energy you bring to your teaching. There was a wonderful balance in every class. You allowed the asanas to create the work and found balance in the accessibility”
